In a society we have to live with others. There are demands to be met. We as individuals have to respond to these demands.

A positive response will lead to constructive emotions,ideas and work.

Negative response to a demand will lead to stress leading us to our own destruction.

Our feelings are linked to our body

Emotional pain gets trapped in the body. It want’s a release. In our daily life we get hurt many times.If we are not able to repair this emotional hurt LOSS OF SELF ESTEEM occurs

PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL PAIN ARE INTERLINKED

The area of brain and neural pathway responsible for physical and emotional pain is the same.Emotional pain can not be perceived by others. Physical pain is easily understood. We divert our emotional pain to a physical one. Sympathetic attitude love and care of our near and dear ones heals the physical pain but it is short lived. Unless we cure our emotional pain physical pain will keep on resurfacing.

Our brain controls our body

Thinking of the pain again and again is because of tunneling effect.The same intrusive thought comes to our mind. It becomes engraved in the brain.Distract yourself from the thought of pain.Refresh your mind.Love your self
